How to: 
Create an edible paint to use on cakes

I use @fancysprinkles Prism Powder and @wiltoncakes clear vanilla or almond extract to create an edible paint. This can also be made with a gel food color & the extract the same way. You can create any color you’d like, as well as any consistency of the paint.

-If you want more of a full coverage/thick paint, add more prism powder or color, and less almond extract. 
-If you want more of a watercolor effect, add less prism powder or color, and a little more extract. 

There are so many fun things you can use this edible paint on when decorating cakes. But one of my favorite things to do is create a “splatter” effect.
