Jog around London with me 

A fitness habit I created while solo traveling became one of my favorite “me dates” because I realized was I not only getting a workout in…I was exploring a new city. I was either self-reflecting or zoning into music to reconnect with myself. I would just go… no destination in mind which allowed my mind to flow while simultaneously being incredibly present. Mainly because I had to be. Getting comfortable with the unfamiliar became lowkey … one of my greatest skills solo travel taught me.
