#TSRUpdatez: #Diddy's legal team has filed a new appeal that seeks a lighter sentence or an overturned conviction. The lawyers claim that Judge Subramanian gave a "draconian" 50 month sentence and was acting as the "thirteenth juror".

According to tmz_tv , the lawyers note that during sentencing, the judge said he'd consider Diddy's behavior pertaining to the violent charges of which he'd already been acquited of--adding that this is a violation of Diddy's constitutional rights.

If you recall, Diddy was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation of prostitution, and a jury only found him guilty of two counts of the latter.
