China launched a new batch of internet satellites into space atop a Long March-8A carrier rocket form the southern island province of Hainan on Friday. The rocket successfully placed the payloads, the 17th group of low-orbit internet satellites, into preset orbit.⁣
It was the 10th successful mission carried out from the Hainan commercial spacecraft launch site within 13 months since it was established in 2024.⁣
