-1 medium fennel bulb
-3/4 cup thinly sliced Granny Smith apple
-1/4 cup torn fresh mint leaves
-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
-1 medium garlic clove
-Canola oil

-4 (5-ounce) hake loin fillets (or other similar white fish, such as cod)
