Pentucket Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to serve at our One Merrimack Street location, scheduled to open in 2026. This role will begin with training at our Stadium location, with a planned transition to One Merrimack Street once construction is complete.

One Merrimack Street is especially meaningful to us; it’s our main office, being thoughtfully rebuilt as part of Haverhill’s Downtown Redevelopment Project. Located at the heart of downtown, this branch serves as a gateway to the city, welcoming customers, community members, and visitors alike.

💼 About the Relationship Banker Role
As a Relationship Banker, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences—from opening accounts and answering questions, to identifying financial needs and connecting customers with the right products and services. You’ll also support transactions, including deposits and cash handling, and help keep daily branch operations running smoothly. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people are essential.
