The worst Christmas ever 💔 My wife and I did three IUIs, an at home attempt, a round of IVF and 3 frozen embryos over the course of two years. Wait times were horrible and even with us doing things as quick as possible, it was taking forever for us to have our first baby.  After implantation failure and multiple chemical pregnancies, our third frozen transfer stuck. We were pregnant. My HCG was rising normally and everything looked perfect at our 6 week private scan. We saw the baby and their heartbeat.  We felt confident enough to ask our elopement photographer to do a shoot with us to take pregnancy announcement photos. We never got to use the photos.  A few days before Christmas we went for our 8 week scan at our fertility clinic to graduate and move on to an OB and we got horrible news. It was a missed miscarriage. The babies heart wasn’t beating anymore and it had stopped growing.  There was no signs. My body didn’t know.  A few days later, on Christmas morning, I started bleeding.  #miscarriageawareness #ivfjourney #missedmisscarriage #miscarriagesupport
