What to do for every type of cough! 

First things first. Start with honey. Always.
Then figure out what kind of cough you’re dealing with 👇

🤧 Dry cough
• Nasal iodine
• Triamcinolone nasal spray

🤧 Wet or congested cough
• Antihistamines and decongestants like chlorpheniramine, fexofenadine, or Sudafed behind the counter
• Use a nasal spray first, then add the antihistamine so you do not dry out the back of your throat

😮‍💨 Hacky, irritated cough
• Benzocaine or clove oil to numb the throat
• Ibuprofen to calm inflammation

🌙 Nighttime cough
• Doxylamine works really well short term
• Helps you sleep without waking up super groggy
• Pair it with the Benzedrex inhaler for extra relief
