Lobsters.  Ours are better than yours. 

No claws, but the tail meat and the knuckles at the base of the antenna are fantastic.  I've had spiny lobsters from different parts of the world and I've made the observation that I do not like warm water lobsters.  They are bland and flavorless IMO.  Seems as though our colder California water makes these highly sought after overseas, up until recently anyway. 

Discover these culinary gems from our own water instead of importing seafood from across the planet.

It's been fun spending evenings on the water catching these California Spiny Lobsters.  Season runs into March!
