Dak-bokumtang season is officially here ❄️🍲 

Spicy, hearty, and built for the middle of winter. 

Tender chicken simmered low and slow with potatoes, carrots, onions, plenty of garlic, and a deep Gochugaru -based broth. This is the kind of food I love cooking—simple ingredients, bold flavors, and real comfort. 

One of my all-time favorite Korean dishes when the cold sets in - and man is it cold in Oklahoma today.
