ICE agents have hit the East End in a series of raids, according to immigrant advocates who said the actions were creating havoc and fear in the community.

In Westhampton, Edgar Tezen, 35, an immigrant from Guatemala, was partially pinned under the tire of a car during his arrest by ICE agents and was later hospitalized, said Melinda Rubin, a Riverhead-based immigration attorney who is representing him.
