Arik Armstead spoke about his mission and higher purpose behind the Armstead Academic Project. His nonprofit has recently partnered with Sacramento State and Fortune School in efforts to encourage the next generation of Sacramento youth.

Just recently, @armsteadacademicproject hosted its second annual Stay Hungry Youth Football Camp at @sacstate. The day prior, Armstead read his newly released comic book to Hazel Mahone College Prep Scholars at @fortune_school.
