Shiraz Balolia, the founder and CEO of Grizzly Industrial, is the rare CEO that actually uses his own products.  He's very good with them. 

In this video - part one of two - Shiraz decided to use an old block of wood that he’s had lying around to build a piece of fine furniture.  A bench meant to become a family heirloom for future generations to enjoy. 

His presentation takes us through the original thought process and preparation,  to the tools and techniques required to turn his vision into a reality.
