Here’s my 2026 edition of *how to travel as much as possible with your 25 annual leave days*!!

You guys seem to love these each year, so watch it and get booking your days off before someone else on your team does 👀

Here’s some key takeaways: 

• In both UK and Ireland. Easter is the best time to take a long haul trip, you can get 16 days off for just 6 days annual leave in the UK or 7 in ireland (Good Friday is a bank holiday in the UK)
• In the UK May also may be a good time for a long trip with bank holidays at the start and end of the month. If you wanted a long 3 weeker trip you could incorporate both weekends
• Ireland is particularly flush for bank holidays, so have some staycations & short haul options ready
