## Caption

Someone once told me, “if you don’t plan your peace, life will plan your chaos…” and it stuck with me.

These days, I don’t just hope for joy, I schedule it with intentionality. A few ways I’ve been intentional about making joy a priority:

✨Scheduling time with friends the same way I would a meeting or appointment. It goes on the calendar so it doesn’t get skipped 

✨Setting aside time each week for a hobby that lets me move my body and recharge my mind. 

And because small choices make a big difference, I’ve been loving my shopdoubletake tennis bag. It’s the perfect size for everyday players, fits two racquets plus extras, and actually stands upright without tipping (a game-changer). It also transforms from tote to backpack so it’s both a tylish and practical… just the way I like it.
