Reminder: motherhood is not about being perfect, it’s about showing up for your kids - tears and all.

Although I’ll admit that wasn’t one of my finest moments as a mom, I was reminded of the power of vulnerability. Their kindness also reminded me that even when we personally don’t feel like we are at our best, we’re shaping who they are in a beautiful way.
