Going out is great, but I enjoy date night in just as much. Here is how it has benefitted our relationship: 

1. Increased intimacy: being at home means we’re able to have deeper conversations and share more vulnerable, private moments 

2. Reduced pressure: sometimes getting out of the house can be stressful. Eliminating that means we’re able to focus on what really matters - quality time

3. Consistent connection: creating a rhythm of consistent date nights without the need to always go out nurtures our relationship and thus strengthens our bond
