After 16 years of friendship, 10 years of marriage, 2 kids, and living in 6 countries, the most important thing we’ve learned about making a relationship work is that it’s always us against the issue and never us against each other. 

A united front is so important in a marriage and it’s a mindset that has served us well in each stage of our relationship. When problems arise, we ask the question, how can we face this together instead of letting it divide us?
