## Caption

I see so much of myself in Harper and I love getting to raise a little mini me. But, there are some traits that she inherited from me, like her perfectionist tendencies, that I hope she learns to manage better than I did growing up. I’m doing all that I can to ensure that she has the tools to use those tendencies for good instead of allowing them to lead to anxiety like I did for many years. I’ve shared a lot about my personal journey with anxiety, and in the latest episode of @kintsugiconversations, my mom and I are diving into what it’s like to manage anxiety in motherhood, as well as the tools that have helped me in raising a daughter that I feel like has a propensity to worry more than most.
