## Caption

What did your mom (or other women in your life) teach you, for better or worst, about your body?? As the mother to a young girl, I’m very conscious about the messages I’m sending her about her body through how I treat my own and how I react to hers. Now that I’m older, I realize how seeing my mom’s relationship with her body impacted my body image growing up. There are things that my mom did a great job with and areas where she struggled (as we all do - no mama is perfect) and we’re sharing all about it in Episode 1 of @kintsugiconversations.
