I honestly used to shy away from using the term “basketball wife.” I felt like it put me in a box and meant that my identity was limited to being the wife of a basketball player. But, the truth is, I AM a basketball wife. Being married to a basketball player and living abroad is a huge part of my life, so why should I shy away from saying that? My lifestyle as a basketball wife is part of my story. It’s not all I am, by any means, but I do think we should own the parts of our stories that make us unique and share them with the world. 

My best friend from college @shaquaylamims and my niece @mac.motivated are both visiting, so they came with us to my husband’s game. Harper always gets a kick seeing anything with her dad on it so we stopped in the team store before walking to our seats. Watching my little ones cheer for daddy will never get old. They both get pretty into the games to be so young. Hubby played well and the team got the win. The best part was having family in town that could help with the kids during the game 🤗
