If you know me well you know I’m a big sushi girl. I’ve been eating sushi since I was 2 years old, so one of my favorite parts about living in Japan is being able to find really good sushi easily. When we’re looking for a quick, casual, inexpensive lunch, conveyor belt sushi is one of our go-tos. It’s not the best quality that I’ve had here, but the it rivals many sushi restaurants back home for a fraction of the cost. You won’t find items like super crunchy rolls or spider rolls on the menus here, but you will find all the nigiri your heart desires.
