Ok so, who has heard of Mommy’s Thumb... and if you have, why didn’t you warn me?? I’ve been dealing with some serious wrist pain for a few months now and finally decided to get it checked out. Turns out, it’s a form of tendinitis that impacts a lot of new mamas! I’ll be rocking this brace while I wait to see if the cortisone shot I got clears it up! Fingers crossed that it does.
