If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m a huge fan of #babywearing and usually when you see Harper on my feed, she’s in a sling or a wrap (like this one). While I find that a lot of people have a clear favorite between wraps and slings, I’m in the minority in that I really love them both. I’ve had a few people DM me and ask which they should get for their littles, so I wanted to share what I like about each: 
Wraps put Harper right to sleep. The sleepy dust is so real so we use them for nap time daily! In my opinion, wraps are also easier to master and more comfortable for longer periods of time. Ring slings, on the other hand, are way more versatile in terms of the carry options since baby can be carried facing out, facing in, or on your hip. You can also use them for longer since they can carry more weight than wraps and they are way easier to nurse in. I can get baby girl into and out of her sling, now that I’ve mastered the deep seat and tightening, in a few seconds, while getting the wrap on takes a bit longer. We usually use our @wildbird slings when we’re out and about and our @sollybaby wraps when we’re either at home, or, like today when we’re headed out during nap time. You can totally keep a ring sling already threaded and ready to go in your stroller or diaper bag, but if you’re wearing a wrap, I recommend getting it on before you leave home so all you have to do is pop baby in. I honestly love both (this isn’t a sponsored post) and you can’t go wrong with either! Baby wearing has been such a beautiful part of my journey as a new mama. .
