A few people have noticed a glow about me here lately (thanks, guys!) and even my husband commented this week that my skin is looking really good (I know it's real when he notices and comments). Besides this good ol' Israel sun, drinking more water, and eating a more balanced diet, I have to give credit to my dermatologist! I just started seeing a dermatologist a few weeks before I left Atlanta, and she suggested a few things to me that have been game changers! One of the obvious things is that EVERYONE, even women of color, should wear at least SPF 30 EVERY SINGLE DAY, ALL YEAR LONG! I use a mattefying sunscreen from @urbanskinrx and it allows me to soak up the sun without worrying about what the rays may be doing to my skin. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
