I have a lot of anniversaries in August.... my wedding anniversary, my birthday, my grad school graduation anniversary, and a few more. Today marks a year since I went heat free! This is one anniversary that definitely deserves a little celebration. A year ago, I washed my straightened hair and never looked back. I’ve been a curly girl ever since, and while I won’t lie and say I’ve loved every minute, it’s been such a rewarding journey. Rocking my curls has been the ultimate lesson in patience, trust, and self love. My hair has come such a long way, and so have I ♥️
