Honesty is the best policy, right? Well I’ve been eating literally whatever I want whenever I want since my surgery last month. I’m just past 4 week’s post-op... so I think it’s time for me to start getting myself together diet wise. I want to start eating cleaner - more fruits and veggies, less meat and sugar, and organic overall, but I honestly don’t know where to start!
