## Caption

With May being #aapiheritagemonth and #mentalhealthawarenessmonth, we wanted to provide our teammates with a fun learning opportunity highlighting the #aapicommunity and a moment for teammates to step away from work to incorporate movement into their daily schedule.

We partnered with zind_academy to provide a 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 to teammates at Baltimore HQ. ZIND is short for the Urdu word Zindagi, which means “life”, and ZIND Performance Academy believes that life is meant to be lived and celebrated, and they accomplish this through the art of Indian dancing.
