TEAMMATE SPOTLIGHT: Last week, we surprised @underarmour teammate 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐥 at the Omni Distribution House to recognize him for his service to the community. David logged the most volunteer hours this year as part of the 25x25 challenge, which is a #UA initiative that encourages teammates to give back and volunteer in their community by providing paid time off to do so.

Outside of work, David runs 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥, which is a 501c3 nonprofit that helps the Baltimore community fight food insecurity. In addition to food, they also provide gently used clothing, hygiene products, mental health resources, addiction and recovery services, and much, much more.

Founded in 1982 by the Haines family as St. Rita’s Supper Table, Soup for the Soul is run by David and his wife, Stacy, who are former youth group participants of St. Rita’s Church and grew up volunteering at St. Rita’s Supper Table. Located in Dundalk, Maryland, Soup for the Soul typically feeds 50-60 people each week. This Christmas, they’re estimating between 200-300.

Please join us in celebrating David for his commitment to his community! If you are interested in supporting Soup for the Soul, you can visit their Facebook page www.facebook.com/s4s18/
