Just two days until registration opens, but that’s not all. Thursday, Jan 1, also marks the first day of the FoCo Fondo x Zwift Winter Training Series p/b caveworks!! Update that gozwift account and dial in those caveworks.co RIVET measurements- it’s nearly go-time. This 10 week series is a free and fun way to boost your winter fitness. 

In short: 
👉 T/Th choose 7am, 12pm or 5:30pm for a 60-75 min progressive interval session 
👉 Sundays 9am, up to two hours group ride with optional segment sprints
