Flu meds… love it or leave it 🤒

When the flu hits, not everything in your medicine cabinet actually helps. Here’s what does and doesn’t matter 👇

✅ Love it
• Tylenol – helps control fever
• Ibuprofen – great for body aches and inflammation
• NAC – thins mucus and helps your body clear it
• Hypertonic saline (nasal rinse) – helps flush out viral load
• Nasal iodine – reduces viral shedding and helps protect others

🚫 Leave it
• Robitussin – doesn’t do much
• Theraflu – sounds helpful, isn’t
• Black seed oil – better for chronic inflammation, not the flu
• DayQuil – skip it, just take Tylenol
• NyQuil – fine only if you need help sleeping
