Together, during The Nutcracker we saw… 

✨ 45 performances with more than 100,000 audience members 

✨ 150 dancers bringing the magic of The Nutcracker to life in every performance

✨ 6 distinctly different divertissements deepening the wonder of Act II 

✨ 350 costumes across multiple casts, including 2 new Nutcracker Prince heads that reflect the diversity of our dancers 

✨ 131 lighting cues executed each performance 

✨ Over 240 children from Boston Ballet School, comprising 3 casts of the production 

✨ 21 instrument types harmonizing in the orchestra pit, bringing Tchaikovsky’s masterful score to life 

✨ 2,300 pounds of falling snow 

✨ Over 1,700 guests welcomed at our Sensory Friendly performance of The Nutcracker
