FOA+ Athlete rysoncox has been putting in work with gregbeast32 on the platform. Weekly check-ins with his form and studying the courses. 

On the left:

- Rollover clamp with right wrist 
- Left hand coming into the body with no pinch
- Exit leaning on right leg with no acceleration 

On right:
- Helmet towards opponent and ball
- Right hand punch hitting ball-stop to ball
- Left hand lift creating instant pinch
- Helmet over the ball on impact with left leg lock out
- Acceleration off right foot into his front door exit
