## Caption

Six puppies were rescued after they were found in a parking garage and left at ACCT Philly the day after Christmas. 

The Pennsylvania SPCA says a good samaritan helped get the pups to safety. 

They've been named after sweet treats like Sir Chocolates and Brownie Smiles. The three to four week old puppies are now safe and are in foster homes.
