Mexican Meatloaf - My most requested recipe of 2025 🥩
Meatloaf Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
3 jalapeños 
1 white onion 
1 bunch cilantro
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp of my Cuso’s Lava hot sauce
1/4 cup taco seasoning 
2 tbsp of my Cuso’s Gravel seasoning (or salt n pepper)

Cooking: grease a pan with oil, put in meatloaf mixture and then smoke or bake at 275 until 145-160 internal temp (about 1-1 1/2 hours)

Optional cheese sauce on top is just enchilada sauce with melted cheese poured over the final product 🧀
