Andor - maybe the most beautiful show in years. I love when genre work transcends the limits of its genre, and Andor does that in the best ways.
Pantheon - this weird little animated show (that starts as a slice of life anime and morphs into one of the most inventive sci-fi shows out there) aired one of the two seasons it made on AMC a few years ago, and only NZ aired both. But it finally came to Netflix this year and between art style, voice acting, and a story that takes turns you’ll never imagine, it’s safe to say I’ve never seen anything like it.
The Studio - Seth Rogan is so sympathetic as a genuine film lover who finally get his hand at the wheel as a studio head. He wants to make arthouse films with a budget, and instead gets stuck trying to make The Koolaid Movie somehow feel subversive and artistic. 
The Pitt - Hospitals, Courtrooms, Cops, Detectives (and Detectives with a secret power) feel like the most well-mined content for network TV. But like how Andor transcends its genre, The Pitt does too.
Sci-Fi on Apple TV - I know this is kinda a cop out, but while all the other streamers seem to be merging and cutting budgets, Apple has quietly been chugging along making and adapting some of the most inventive, breathtaking science fiction I’ve ever seen.
