2025:
The year that I had the courage to throw it all out the window and BUILD the life I believe in. 

I launched my dream fitness/wellness app and community nkoclub, travelled the world, was in more global campgains with lululemon, launched merch met incredibly inspirational people, moved (twice) and built two studios, traveled around the world almost twice by plane (yay air miles), got to guest-host a cooking show, spoke to thousands on the importance of prioritizing our mental health, spent quality time and went on adventures with friends and family, and every single day CHOSE to get out of my comfort zone. 

I won’t lie, this has been BY FAR the most challenging year of my life filled with purging so many habits, relationships, lifestyle choices, routines, beliefs, the list is endless. Yet every step on the path that felt like it might break me I met inspirational voices, chance run in’s with people I deeply admire (and empowering words of wisdom when I needed to hear it), leaning on therapy and relying on my faith, deepening the relationships that mattered and in such a special way each and every one of you supporting and cheering me on either in the comments or in the most astoundingly kind DMs. 

Shifting my entire life has been the most difficult task I have ever taken on, it’s been met with lots of critics and negative voices (at the worst of times coming from my own head) but I do know this: 2025 didn’t break me, the revealed the grit, resilience and faith that I have to create and make an impact and hopefully empower others to do the same. 

What a relief and excitement to welcome in 2026 because now more than ever I believe

 “They can knock you down, but they can never knock you out.”
