In three words, how would you describe yourself in 2025? What three words would you want to describe yourself for 2026? 

I did this little reflection with friends recently and it was thought-provoking, so I wanted to share it with you! 🤗

One word I want for 2026 is “brave.” I know my life might look brave to you, but there are so many things I’ve held myself back from — personally, in business, in friendships or love — out of fear.

Fear of failing, being judged, embarrassing myself, making mistakes.

But what I fear even more, is getting to the end of life & regretting the ways I played small, neglected my dreams, didn’t tell people how I felt, or procrastinated on goals until it was too late to pursue them. 

That’s a lot scarier to me. 

So I want to take more risks in 2026, especially in the quiet, behind-the-scenes ways that probably won’t get noticed or celebrated by anyone but me.

I think those are the internal acts of courage that really change the course of our lives… and I’m so here for it in 2026. 🤗
