We’re back with another special Black History Month (BHM) feature, where we’re introducing you to members of our BEAT (Black Employees Achieving Together) Teammate Resource Group so you can learn about what this year’s BHM means to them. 
 
Cortney (aka C-Bell to our sqUAd), a Field Experience Specialist for UA’s North America Marketing team (a 6- year UA veteran), shares how our UNDR ARMR x DVNLLN collection is an example of how Black history is made and why it’s so important to celebrate these moments in the workplace. 
 
“First and foremost, I want to give Devin Allen a big congratulations on this incredible project! I love to see impactful Black history created within the company to inspire others. I mentored and managed a lot of young Black teammates throughout my UA career. Just as I hope to continue to inspire those I interact with in the retail field, my teammate Devin Allen inspires me to see the Black history being established at UA! As professionals, it's mentally healthy for us to be further educated on Black history and overcome issues or misunderstandings together as a UA family.
