UA’s BEAT (Black Employees Achieving Together) Teammate Resource Group was instrumental in bringing our UNDR ARMR x DVNLLN collection to life authentically in the community we call home - Baltimore. This Black History Month (BHM), we will introduce you to a few members of BEAT and learn more about what this year’s BHM means to them.

Giselle, a Creative Director at UA, is also an active member of BEAT. She shares why it was so important for her to get involved with BEAT and how the work done by the group has contributed to influence change at UA.

“BEAT’s network of support drew me in and got me involved. I wanted to help support wherever and whenever I can. If my fellow teammates can benefit from my contributions, then it adds even more value to our purpose (to empower those who strive for more).

I’ve seen BEAT’s voice grow stronger and more passionate with the positive influence we’re stretching across the brand and it's not just product related. The launch of the UNDR ARMR x DVNLLN Collection is a great example of our collaboration.
