This week, we’ve heard the firsthand stories and experiences of some of our teammates from our Retail stores, Distribution Houses and Call Centers. Through our conversations, we’ve been inspired by the passion, dedication, and tireless commitment our customer facing teammates bring to UA day in and day out. As Customer Service Week 2020 comes to a close, we have one more teammate highlight to share.

Meet Avrey, a Store Manager at our Chicago Premium Factory House, who shares what makes being a retail teammate so special at Under Armour.

“What attracted to me to the brand wasn’t just my love for their products. The best part about being in retail is that we’re so close to our communities and we’re able to cater to our focused performers – the youth especially. We are the go-to place that provides kids with the things need to play their sports. We give them a sense of normalcy during this challenging and trying time. When our CEO, Patrik Frisk recently visited our store, he wanted to understand more about our community and how he could help. He truly wanted to get to know us and our store and how he could help make us win.”
