“Adjusting to this new lifestyle is an ongoing process. A major part of my new routine is focused on staying healthy & positive.⁣
⁣
I am grateful to work for a company where I can combine my love for an active lifestyle with design. My favorite part about the design process is the research. It is amazing to see how the health & wellness community has evolved in such a short period of time to keep healthy lifestyles going. Novice & experienced athletes are finding innovative ways to create a socially distant team environment. My gym, and favorite trainers have all started virtual classes. And my teammates & I have weekly virtual workouts. It a fun way to break up the day, stay healthy & keep those good vibes going ☺ Outside of work, I am using my time as an opportunity to reconnect with the outdoors, and stay healthy with my family (walks, indoor & outdoor bike rides, runs & hikes 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 🚵‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♀️🏊‍♀️).⁣
⁣
I am grateful for these opportunities. Being able to share this journey with so many trying to stay active & healthy during this pandemic is inspiring. Research, experience, and the desire to better my community drives my creative process. In order to stay healthy & positive I am adjusting my mindset to see these new challenges as an opportunity to enhance my creative process so I can better push my designs to solve problems for this “new” routine.”⁣
