My 2nd most viewed reel of 2025 was posted in November and since that time has been viewed over 3.5 million times. It was for these Turkey Stuffing Cranberry Balls and the recipe provided people with an alternative option to a traditional turkey dinner.

There are many people that love the idea of a Thanksgiving dinner, but don’t necessarily want to deal with all the components of a full turkey meal. Maybe you are only cooking for a couple of people or maybe you’re cooking just for yourself. These turkey stuffing cranberry balls are a perfect solution for you. They contain all of your favorite Thanksgiving flavors, but without the turkey roasting in the oven. Serve them on a bed of mashed potatoes with your favorite gravy and a side of cranberry sauce and you have a delicious Thanksgiving dinner alternative

Turkey Stuffing Cranberry Balls
.
.
4 cups of Stove top corn bread stuffing mix (but you can easily use 4 cups of any toasted bread cubes)
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten
1 tbls fresh sage, chopped
1 tbls fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cranberries, celery, onion and garlic.
In another bowl, combine the turkey, broth, egg, melted butter and all the herbs and spices. Add the dry ingredients gradients to the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined. Try not to overwork the mixture otherwise the balls can be a bit tough in texture. If you want to check seasoning, fry up a small amount to make sure it’s the way you like.
Shape into balls and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle well with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until they are cooked through and crispy and golden brown.
Serve over mashed with your favorite gravy and a side of cranberry.
