This past Friday, Under Armour hosted The CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion Unconscious Bias Tour Bus. Over 350+ employees participated from Under Armour, LeggMason, TRowe Price, Exelon and Johns Hopkins! This is tour stop number 82 out of 100 for the bus! 
The bus tour consisted of various immersive virtual reality experiences, which allowed employees to take an introspective look at their own unconscious bias, privilege and the ways we can create a more inclusive environment. 
To date Under Armour has trained over 2000 leaders globally on Unconscious Bias and we continue to take a stand for diversity and inclusion. #ceoaction #lifeatua #diversityandinclusion #unconciousbias #diversity
