Last night, we welcomed Joy Harjo, U.S Poet Laureate and renowned performer and writer of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation for a public poetry performance in Wait Chapel.

Joy Harjo made history in 2019 by becoming the first Native American to be named U.S. #PoetLaureate.
