Let’s make Apple Muffin Cakes with Chef Mia! 👩‍🍳🍎

It’s officially apple season! 🍏 We love this super easy recipe that also packs in the veggies with a Sprout Sweet Potato Veggie Power pouch! 

Here’s what you’ll need 👇

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup coconut sugar
• 4 tbsp softened butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 Sprout Organics Sweet Potato Veggie Power pouches
• 1/4 cup milk 
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Dash of cinnamon

👉 Mix ingredients together, separate into 3-4 small baking dishes, bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and enjoy!
