Curious - What’s your favorite brand of plant based milk to give your family? I’ve been dairy free since I was an infant, and yet I was still SHOCKED to learn that none of the brands I loved had very much nutrition in them! Did you know that almond Milk actually is mostly water and stabilizers, and actually very few almonds?! So switching to Ripple Plant-Based Milk a couple years ago was a no brainer, and it made it even easier that my kids LOVE drinking it!
