happy saturday, yall! we’re headed to our boys’ last houston AAU tournament today, so here’s my last long run (yes 5 miles is long for meeee🙃) that i hadn’t posted yet!

runners, always protect yourselves✊🏽. Sonny ordered me a 2 pack of mace from amazon that i always take with me on my runs. 

the juggle is real, but so is the joy🫶🏽.
