God put it on my heart last sunday to go be WITH my friends. not just check in, not just send love from afar, but to physically show up. and by monday night, i was in dallas.

i packed up kamsi, sonny arranged a turo for us, and we hit the road to go love on two of my girls. no big plans, no expectations, just presence.

they’re both walking through some heavy things right now, but their stories aren’t mine to tell. what is mine to share is the reminder that so many women are carrying quiet battles. and sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is show up. not with answers. not with fixes. just with open arms, an open heart, a listening ear, and time. s/n, they both thought it was “bring your daughter to work day” at uber eats lmbo😂

we laughed. we ugly cried. we hugged hard. kamsi and i even got in some uninterrupted sleep & a workout while we were there, which any mom knows is a blessing all by itself🙌🏾

this mother’s day, i'm thinking of the women who carry so much and still keep going. let’s be intentional about loving on them. not just with words, but with our presence, if we have the power to do so, of course. life can get BUSY, but i'm trying to do and be a better woman (yall know aaaaaall the hats we wear, whew!).

 let’s ultimately let our actions reflect His love for us.
