you’ll need:
2 sheet puff pastry sheets (sweetlorens used here)
1 wheel garlic & herb boursincheese 
1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/4-1/2 cup finely grated carrot
handful of shredded mozzarella
melted butter or egg wash for brushing

>> bake at 400F for 15-20 min or until golden + flaky

Pair with a lentil or white bean tomato soup for a fun iron & fiber packed dip!
